Hearty pancakes with a nutrition boost from banana and oats.

2 large egg Egg whole raw

1/2 cup Oat milk lowfat fortified

1 2/3 cup Oats rolled regular dry uncooked

2 tsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp Cinnamon ground

1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

1/4 tsp Salt

2 tbsp Avocado oil

4 steps

  • Add the bananas, eggs, oat milk, rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
  • Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter at a time into circles on the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom.
  • Flip and cook on the other side for another 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!

Tips:
Use whichever type of oil you prefer in this recipe.
