3 1/2 cup Kale chopped salad kit with cranberries pumpkin seeds and dressing

1 1/2 cup Quinoa cooked without salt

6 oz Chicken breast roasted meat only skinless

3 steps

  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together all bagged-salad ingredients. Add cooked quinoa to salad, mix well.
  • Divide salad evenly onto 3 plates.
  • Cube chicken breast and place 2 ounces on top of each salad. Enjoy!

Tips:
If you do not have pre-cooked quinoa on hand, cook 3/4 cup of dry quinoa according to package instructions.
