A tangy-sweet salsa with just a bit of heat.
8 ingredients
1 pepper Peppers jalapeno raw
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes cherry raw
1 cup, diced Pineapple raw
1/4 cup, chopped Bell Peppers
1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro or coriander leaves fresh or raw herb

- Dice jalapeno and quarter cherry tomatoes. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Chill in refrigerator. Enjoy as a dip or as a topper for grilled chicken or fish.
Recipe makes about 1 1/2 cups.
1 serving = 1/4 cup.
Tips:
If fresh pineapple is not available, you can use drained canned pineapple tidbits.
If you don't care for cilantro, either omit or use chopped parsley as an alternative.
