1 cup, chopped Carrots raw
1 medium, about 7" long Bananas raw
1/4 cup, chopped Walnuts raw
1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain nonfat
1 cup Cashew milk unsweetened

- Chop carrots and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Add 1 tsp water and cook on high for about 3 minutes or until beginning to soften. Set aside.
- Peel and grate fresh ginger using a microplane. Set aside.
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Add cold water to thin the consistency, if needed.
