6 steps

  • Thoroughly whisk egg whites with protein powder in a medium bowl.
  • Spray a small (6-inch/15-cm) skillet with cooking spray. Bring to medium heat.
  • Pour half the batter in the pan, quickly swirling the pan to coat the bottom with the batter.
  • Cook until slightly browned on bottom, about 2 minutes.
  • Gently flip with a spatula. Cook until slightly browned on the other side, about 1 minute. Transfer to a plate.
  • Repeat with the remainder of the batter.
