1 tbsp Soy sauce reduced sodium
1/2 tsp, ground Thyme dried
16 oz Pork top loin chops boneless lean meat only raw

- Chop garlic.
- Mix together garlic, orange juice, soy sauce, and thyme.
- Place pork chops in a baking dish and marinate in sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170F.
