  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • In skillet, saute chicken in oil until no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
  • Add broccoli and 2 Tbsp water, cover and cook 2 minutes. Uncover and stir fry until broccoli is tender. Remove from skillet.
  • Chop the green onions.
  • Combine pasta, chicken, broccoli, bell pepper, and green onion in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, 2 Tbsp hot water, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper spice, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  • Drizzle over pasta mixture and toss to coat.
  • Chop peanuts and sprinkle over top before serving.
