  • Thaw and drain frozen broccoli.
  • Shred cheddar cheese.
  • Beat eggs, then mix together all ingredients in bowl and transfer to slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for one hour, then turn to low and cook an additional 2 hours or until eggs are set.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tips:
Fresh broccoli florets work well in this recipe and give a brighter color and texture than frozen broccoli.
