10 oz Broccoli frozen unprepared
6 large egg Egg whole raw
24 oz Cottage cheese low fat 1% milkfat
1/3 cup Flour white all purpose
1 tbsp Butter whipped salted
1/4 cup, chopped Onions raw

- Thaw and drain frozen broccoli.
- Shred cheddar cheese.
- Beat eggs, then mix together all ingredients in bowl and transfer to slow cooker.
- Cook on high for one hour, then turn to low and cook an additional 2 hours or until eggs are set.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tips:
Fresh broccoli florets work well in this recipe and give a brighter color and texture than frozen broccoli.
