16 oz Bison ground grass-fed raw

1 large egg Egg whole raw

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated

1/2 cup, shredded Mozzarella cheese part skim low moisture

2 clove Garlic raw

1 tsp, leaves Oregano dried

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mince the garlic.
  • Beat eggs in small bowl.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and knead together with your hands until mixed well.
  • Form mixture into equal size meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet. This recipe makes about 10 good size meatballs.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are browned.
  • Allow to cool slightly before eating.
