2 cup Edamame frozen unprepared

1/4 cup, chopped Onions raw

1/2 cup Cilantro or coriander leaves fresh or raw herb

1 clove Garlic raw

4 tablespoon Lime juice

1 tablespoon Miso paste white

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Chili powder

1/4 tsp Pepper black

5 tablespoon Olive oil

2 steps

  • Place the edamame, onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, miso, salt, chili powder and pepper into the bowl of a food processor. Process for 15 seconds. Stop to scrape down the sides of the bowl and process for another 15 to 20 seconds.
  • While the processor is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Once all of the oil has been added, stop, scrape down the bowl and then process another 10 seconds.

Serve with veggies, chips or crackers.

May be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
