2 clove Garlic raw
16oz Pork fresh loin center rib chops or roasts bone-in separable lean and fat raw
1/4 cup Lime juice
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 tsp Cumin seed ground or whole
1 tsp Cinnamon ground
1/2 tsp Sauce ready-to-serve pepper or hot
1/4 tsp Salt

Mince garlic and set aside.
Place pork chops in a sealable plastic bag.
For marinade, stir together lime juice, chili powder, oil, garlic, cumin, cinnamon, hot pepper sauce, and salt in a small bowl.
Pour marinade over pork chops. Seal bag; turn to coat chops. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Drain pork chops. Discard marinade.
Heat grill.
Place pork chops on the rack of grill directly over medium coals. Grill for 11 to 14 minutes or until pork juices run clear (160F), turning once. Enjoy!
