  • In a small bowl, mix yogurt, agave syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Divide yogurt evenly between two small bowls then top with ground nutmeg.

Tips:
You can add more vanilla extract if you like - it is very low in calories.

If you like your yogurt very sweet but need to keep carbs low, then try sugar free maple syrup instead of agave syrup.
