Peanut butter powder helps these bars go light on fat and calories.
9 ingredients
4 sprays, about 1/3 second each spray Vegetable cooking spray oil
4 medium, about 7" long Bananas raw
1/2 cup Peanuts raw
2 cup Oats rolled regular dry uncooked
2 tablespoon Water
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup mini chips Chocolate chips semi-sweet
6 tablespoons Powdered Peanut Butter

Preheat oven to 350F.
Coat a 9×13-inch (23x33 cm) baking dish with cooking spray.
Mash bananas in a large bowl. Coarsely chop peanuts. Add the peanuts, oats, peanut powder, water, salt, and cinnamon to bowl; mix well to combine. Add additional water if batter is too dry. Batter should be the consistency of cookie dough.
Spread the batter evenly on the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and lightly press the chocolate chips into the batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven, allow to cool, and cut into 12 bars. Store bars refrigerated in an airtight container.
