  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Coat a 9×13-inch (23x33 cm) baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Mash bananas in a large bowl. Coarsely chop peanuts. Add the peanuts, oats, peanut powder, water, salt, and cinnamon to bowl; mix well to combine. Add additional water if batter is too dry. Batter should be the consistency of cookie dough.
  • Spread the batter evenly on the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and lightly press the chocolate chips into the batter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven, allow to cool, and cut into 12 bars. Store bars refrigerated in an airtight container.
