Current goal: Closing in on maintenance mode, just trying to what the BF% and weight will be. Building more muscle mass as well, not going to become a pro bodybuilder, but I want to look the best I can with the time/effort I can put in to do so.

More info: Currently, I am on a 5-6 day workout schedule with about an hour a day. 4 strength days, 2 cardio/HIIT days with a light cardio day on Sunday (which is optional).
