About me

Current goal: loose 10lbs, making my weight then around 199lb. And that might go further, possibly to 195lb. I currently participate in Fitbit workweek hustle challenges, averaging around 11,500 steps per day.
Favorite diets: low calorie, low-fat and low carb based on my profile in MyNetDiary.
Favorite activities: definitely walking and hiking.
Need help with: the after work happy hours and the high gravity IPAs that come with it.
Geographic area: Philadelphia PA during the workweek. However, on weekends, I?m back at my home in the north Georgia area.
