About me

Current goal: I started at 360 lbs and I want to get down to 160 lbs. As of June 9, 2018, I'm at 270.2 lbs.
Favorite diets: Only counting calories, getting in proper protein, exercise, and veggies.
Favorite activities: Going to church and going to Planet Fitness.
Need help with: I need help with staying on track consistently. I'm very shy and have always stayed away from letting people know anything about me. I rarely post anything or ask questions about myself.

More info: I'm a female, (kinda obvious), I'm 54, and I've been struggling with my weight, especially since 1996, when I injured my spine and had to quit working.
