Dizzy at the gym Topic

I lift weights 4 days a week and some days I become very dizzy. My friends think it’s because I’m not eating enough protein, (I do have trouble getting enough and I hate protein shakes) could not getting enough protein cause dizziness?

Hey Ericalonts, I had the same problem so I took a trip to the doctors and had some bloods done, and my results came back saying I don’t get enough B12 in my body, and my patasium is a little higher then it should be but not a great issue.
I started taking B12 vitamins and found that helped with my dizziness.
It supports energy and brain function.
It wouldn’t hurt to get yourself some bloods taken to check you levels. ??

Thank you! I have been thinking if it continues that I should see the dr to make sure everything is ok

Hi Ericaclonts- It sounds like you have a high level of awareness of how your body feels, which is a healthy thing. When our body is talking to us it often does so in a subtle way at first and then ramps up the volume and screams at us. Why now visit a doctor now, while your body is giving you subtle cues that something is off instead of wait until it roars?
I agree with the advice of U1186469248. Cheers to listening to our bodies. Joanna (Dietician)
