Leftovers from Christmas dinner in my fridge is weighing heavy on my guilt, cause I don’t want to throw it out and yet I’m not going to eat the leftovers. Maybe leave it in the fridge until it has to be thrown and the guilt won’t be so great.

Hi Kezro- Managing leftovers can be difficult. What did you decide to do with them after all?

I like the idea of portioning out left overs or deserts ahead of time. This gives me more control of what goes in your mouth with a little less need for continued self control. If you have it portioned out earlier you will be less prone to rounding over a portion or going for seconds. Thanks.

Great ideas Roctar47! I like to use smaller plates, bowls, glasses and snack size baggies for portion control. It is amazing how it makes the food amount look bigger instead of looking lonely and small on a big plate, bowl or glass:) Bigger is not better with food and drink portions! Set yourself up for success!

Make it a healthy day! Brenda
