For those “I want to quit” moments, where you might be like me and struggling with negative self talk. Sabotaging statements like: I don’t feel like doing this anymore, it doesn’t really matter, I will do it later.... I just don’t want to...”
Take a moment. Deep breath- and review today’s card: Do it anyway.
Observe your feelings instead of identifying with them. You are not your feelings.
Instead, identify with the commitments you made. Identify with your decisions and promises. That is who you are.
Do it anyway.

I had a moment like that today! I am on a new weight loss journey although I have struggled with my weight many years, I am finally doing something about it. I am almost 2 weeks in and walk on my treadmill 30 mins twice a day. My kids and grandkids are coming over today for a cookout and I found every reason why I couldn't do a walk. My daughter told me "just do it"! We'll wait for you! Now I don't feel guilty for missing it!
