I started in March and I have nothing but great things to state about this app. My doctor sent me to a nutritionist but right after my doctors appointment I found this app and it has changed my life! I’ve seen the nutritionist twice and I keep telling her that my progress it’s mostly because I have this great tool that makes tracking su much easier. Having my Garmin and iPhone connected to it as well as the scale helps me a lot!! Wish you the very best! You got this!
