According to USDA nutrient data (see attached link), typical white flour used in most baked goods is bleached and contains very little macronutrients and micronutrients; in contrast, in consideration that Spelt can provide an abundance of both macro and micronutrients, it is worth mentioning that white flour can easily be substituted with healthier Spelt flour.
