Aging Gracefully Topic


I will be 69 in July. Been fighting a weight battle since about 25 years of age. I was reckless last year and did not log any meals. Therefore,, the weight I had lost is back Now I have to loose it again. No fun. :-( So my #1 goal is to log all food for 30 days to get back into practice.
I want to glide into 70 and not look like a baby blimp when I go on my milestone vacation. Where we are going is still TBD. Considering going to Australia or to Canada for a cross county trip via rail.


I haven't posted anything this year, but I too am using an up coming vacation as motivation to stay on my weight loss plan. My body is terry resistant to weight loss. Even when I'm measuring and tracking religiously. Lately I'm having better success with low carb Atkins. It also helps kill the sugar cravings.
