Android App and Maximum Membership not syncing up. Topic

So I upgraded my account to the Maximum Membership, but I did this on the website. Now the Android app refuses to recognize I am a paid user, and even after uninstalling / reinstalling the app multiple times (making sure to delete data & cache on the phone) it still doesn't show me as paid. Is there really no way to force the app to sync up my account and refresh itself? I have also never seen an app that has no option to logout/login without completely uninstalling before.

I'm having the same problem, but both the website and app dont recognize my membership, it did at first, but an hour later, all my data was gone, and it was back to the free app

I signed up for the premium on my kindle and I'm trying to sync the program to my notebook 8 for easier access. I've tried uninstalling. Can you help me???
