Be Inspired Here! Topic

Hi all ;-)

I'm Roz or Rozy if you like.

I am new to this forum and I am very impressed by what I see. Please join me here on my journey towards weight loss and vibrant health. I started this group with the hope of encouraging and being encouraged by others. I believe that there is so much power in online community forums. Let's turn this power into a FORCE!

Meet with me here and post on Saturdays and or Sundays anytime starting between 9:30 am - 10:30 am EST. If you do this we can support each other in our quest towards weight loss and good health-- In REAL TIME!!. However, If you're shy, that's fine too. Post whenever you like! But as for me I will be showing up here at the given time even if no one shows up. Yeah I'm that driven.

In closing

This group was designed to accommodate 20 members.

Hey!!

Be one of those members.

Until then and beyond I am both here for you and I will value your participation.

Roz!

Hey

Good Morning and I am here. Yesterday I managed to stay on target as far as my over all calories go but I was a bit over where my carb count is concerned. I can live with that for now.

Ok. I am really hoping that My Net Diary is going to be the ticket. And Almost just as important I am really hoping that a few souls will find my community group! I will be checking in again periodically throughout the week.

If you stop bye Just want to say try to be as consistent as possible. If you fall off the band wagon.

DON"T FRET!

Just Brush yourself off and get back on it!

Until the next time Have the best day and Be Safe Out There

OK?

Hi Rozy,

I've just signed back up with MyNetDiary and am finding it easy
to use and love that it calculates everything for you so you can
see where you're going right and also going wrong. So far so
good. I've been staying on track and doing pretty well. I feel
as if I've lost a couple of pounds but I don't want to weigh myself just yet. But I'm going to stick with it. Thanks for starting the Group, it's a great way to support others
on their weight loss journey.

Take care and stay safe out there!

Good morning! I’m so thankful to have found this group. I’ve used MND sporadically for awhile but having gained the COVID 19# (worse than my Freshman 15# ages ago because back then I could get it off easier!) during this pandemic, I felt it was time to get serious. It’s not so easy with all the gyms on mandated closure, not that I would go to a heavy breathing place during a pandemic anyway, and it’s about a million degrees outside so I’ve effectively stopped running. I’m open to suggestions and ideas. I’m looking forward to getting out of the “American sized” weight category. My first goal is 10% reduction (20 lbs) by December 1, and my second goal is to survive December without weight gain. We will look at January and continued weight loss goals once we have achieved goal 1. Thank you for starting this group! Weight loss is always done better with support systems. Thank you so much for starting this group!

Hello I hope everyone is well and looking foward to the start of the new week. It's been a pretty good week for me, staying on track with food logging and sticking to my exercise plan. Actually feeling the benefits from regular exercise as much as I don't always feel so motivated to do but I make myself exercise. So how are you all going with your weight loss journey?

Well done CityGirl129, any and all exercise is a positive, there is an immediate release of positive feel good hormones to make you feel better, it burns calories, its good for your heart and lungs and over time the body becomes fitter. Its' corny to say but even the greatest journey begins with the smallest step. I've had a good week, stuck to my eating and exercise plans, tried to keep stress out of my life and was generally productive :)

Hi Jim_0 ,

Thanks for the support it means a lot. Glad to hear you're doing well. Try listening to some relaxing music or going for a walk, that might help you deal with stress. Sometimes just a little change can make you feel so much better. Keep sticking with it, sounds like you're doing great. Here's to another productive week of dieting and exercise!
