Blah, Blah,... Blah!!!! Topic


Here I am again with many pounds to lose! What is different this time? Well this time I am going to be realistic with my goals and not get to hard on myself. I am going to find someone to be accountable to, someone I don't presently know. I also am going to slowly ramp up my exercise so I don't over do it and then not want to do it again. Most importantly if I eat something that is off the wagon I'm hoping back on and not giving up!!


Liveagain4me- Glad you found the MND community. You sound very knowledgeable and reasonable when it comes to your goals and your strategies for weight loss. Question re “Join a Group”: I click the Community tab and only find “Forum”, not “Group”. and there’s no “join” option. How to join a group??


Hi Jpjo_Indy,

If you are in the community section, the third section you see at top should be "Groups and Teams". If you go into that section, you should then see the option of "See available groups" and "Create group".
