Quick question, when you say you did a treadmill workout, are you talking just straight running? Or one of the HIIT treadmill workouts?

Hi C_e_UofU- I got to thinking more about your question...... I think the easiest thing to do is to type walking into the app or running into the app and then select the MPH and grade that most closely represents the workout you are doing. For example you might be doing "Walking, 2.9 to 3.5 mph (4.7 to 5.6 km/h), uphill, 1 to 5% grade" for 15 minutes and then "Walking, 5.0 mph (8.1 km/h), uphill, 3% grade" for 8 minutes. You would have to keep track of the MPH and grade for both and then log them separately. This may be easier than creating a custom exercise. Does this answer your question? If not, just let us know and we'll look into other options. Best, Joanna (MND Dietician)
