Hi all. I’ve been doing this for about a month and have fallen in love with this app. In the past 2 months I’ve lost about 20 lbs.
One piece of that is Nordic walking. Which is cross-country skiing without the skis. It’s good prep work for my planned return to backpacking when I get better. Well worth a look if you haven’t done it.

And btw, the loss for me is typical of when I begin to lose weight.
