My phone app and Website not syncing Topic


I downloaded the phone app, then went to the website to pay for the Maximum plan. When I did this it had me set my account name, password, etc. But now my phone app is not picking up what I put on the Website, and I cannot figure out how to sign out or log in to the phone app.

This is a bummer, because I have already added some meals to the phone app, and I did all my settings on the website.

How can I link these 2 accounts?


Hi Karendibee- I am sorry for your inconvenience. It is possible for you to link the 2 accounts. We have an awesome tech support staff who can help you do this. Simply email them, letting them know your username and the type of device you use (iPhone or android) and description of the issue. They can be reached at support@mynetdiary.com

I'm also having this problem. I made some changes to meals and they aren't changing on my phone. I know they are the same account because I added food for the next day on the website and it showed on my phone. I"ll contact support.

Is there a sync or pull button on the phone app?

Have you tried logging out and back in on the website and phone app?

Hello Emstreetman- I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the website app and mobile app not syncing.
It shouldn't have anything to do with having a free account.
If you have already tried to log out of both devices and then log back in with your unique username and password... and this did not fix the issue we should get support involved.

How do you sync the app together. I want to know can the information on the phone app sync with the app on my Ipad? and vise versa?


Hi U1189177881- The easiest way is to log into both accounts is by using the same username and password. All devices are uploaded to the cloud (when the internet connection is available) and so they will all sync.
