I’ve been eating more plant based lately and it’s been pretty easy and delicious. I still need to remember to take it easy on portions.

That’s great! Sounds like some great resources I will have to check them out. One of my fav veggie salads is with broccoli raisins onion seeds and veganaise plus I think it has vinegar or lemon juice or something. Can’t wait to make.
