Meal Log

This screen is all about Finding Foods and logging them to your diary. It has day navigation like Dashboard and helps you navigate to individual food entries.

Tap three dots ⋮ button to see all logging tools as well as relevant Settings.

Time Tracking

Open Settings, turn Timestamp Food & Exercise ON to see consumption time for every logged food.

Carbs Display

Open Settings, turn Show Preferred Carbs ON and choose your Preferred Carbs Type: Total Carbs, Net Carbs or Diabetes Carbs Count.
