On the Progress screen, you can see several types of charts, helping you visualize your weight loss progress, measurement changes, and calorie and nutrient information.
For Nutrient Charts, you can choose whether the chart should display grams, calories, or calorie percentages, to better understand where your calories are coming from.
For Measurement Charts, you can select one of the measurements you have configured for tracking on the Daily Details tab. Body Mass Index (BMI) and Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) are always available.
