MyNetDiary is an easy and comprehensive application. We've tried to make it as simple and intuitive as possible, but with so many features, you may need to check with these help pages when you have a question or run into a problem.
All known issues have been fixed. PLEASE, if you do run into a problem or error - let us know as soon as possible, e-mail to email@example.com and we will do our best to quickly resolve it. If you write an App Store review about a problem or idea, we won't have a way to get back to you - to suggest a workaround, or to get more details from you to fix or improve a feature.
If you have a question about diet, weight loss, or need an advice how to get the most out of MyNetDiary, we highly recommend checking the following resources - over the years, we put together a comprehensive knowledge base, to let you quickly find answers to your questions:
There are six main tabs - Plan, Daily Foods, Exercise, Daily Details, Progress, and Library. The top title bar keeps track of your planned calories, consumed calories, exercise, and remaining calories. Also, on the right side, you could use the four buttons to update your personal information, settings, MyNetDiary account info, and to get help.
To navigate between days you can use the arrows in the title bar - to go to a previous or next day. You can also tap on the date - it will show a day selector, letting you jump to any date.
After you have set your diet profile, you will be using mostly the Daily Foods, Exercise, and Daily Details tabs to keep track of your foods, exercise, and other daily information.
We recommend visiting the Plan tab periodically, to make sure you are on the right track - once you start losing weight, your calorie needs also become lower, so you may need to adjust the plan as you go.
The Progress tab helps you visualize your progress - see the weight chart, and other measurements (if you choose to track them), as well as visualize your food intake - your meals, nutrients, and compare them with your plan.
Your data is stored on MyNetDiary servers. You can login to your account online from any computer at www.mynetdiary.com. Two months of Maximum membership are included with the iPad app; beyond that you can keep using our free membership (it covers all the basics, including food and exercise tracking), or you can choose to purchase Maximum membership.
If you have an iPhone or Android, you can get our applications on the iPhone App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Kindle - to access your diary when on the go.
MyNetDiary is very flexible and many things can be customized and personalized for you - calories, macronutrients, nutrient selection and daily targets, measurements, and much more. Please see Customizing MyNetDiary for all details.
