  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Mince garlic.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the avocado oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, turmeric and salt to make the dressing.
  • Pour dressing over cauliflower; mix to coat evenly.
  • Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Chop parsley; sprinkle over cauliflower for garnish.
