Weigh in Day Topic

New here! Do you log your weight every day or once a week? If once a week, is there somewhere to make a certain day your weigh in day?


Hi Sarah1105- Welcome to MND! We suggest you check your progress on the scale at least once a week. If it helps you to stay on track, you can also enter your weight daily. It is up to you. Some people find it too stressful to weigh daily, others find it helps them to stay focused. On the iOS app under Settings, then scroll down to Virtual Coach, you can turn weigh in reminders "on." You will have the option to select reminders to populate at certain times on certain days. Hope this helps! Best, Joanna (Dietician for MND)
