Your safety is vital! Make sure to talk to your doctor before beginning any new diet plan.

From the app: Go to the “Coach*”* tab, then tap “My Diet” to select your Premium diet plan. Then follow the prompts to determine your diet preferences (see below).

Easily switch from one plan to another, supporting both your short-term and long-term diet goals

For example, the low-carb plan (great for weight loss and blood sugar control) may be right for you during active weight loss. Once you reach your goal weight, you might decide to transition to something less restrictive for maintenance, such as the Mediterranean or DASH diet.

Perhaps you are curious about following a Vegan plan to improve your energy and give back to the environment. You might try it for a month, find it takes more meal prep than you thought, and decide to switch to a Vegetarian diet plan.

Educational materials provided for each plan

The MyNetDiary dietitian team provides the tools you need for each plan. Thus, each Premium diet plan comes with a science-based educational library.

Articles include topics such as steps to getting started on each plan. One example for the Keto plan is our article on the top 10 keto foods.
