Easily switch from one plan to another, supporting both your short-term and long-term diet goals

The Low-Carb plan (great for weight loss and blood sugar control) may be right for you during the active weight loss phase. Once you reach your goal, you might decide to transition to something less restrictive for maintenance, such as the Mediterranean diet.

Perhaps you are curious about following a Vegan plan to improve your energy and give back to the environment. You try it for a month and find it takes more meal prep than you thought and decide to switch to a Vegetarian diet plan.

Educational materials provided for each plan

The MyNetDiary dietitian team provides you the tools you need for each plan. Thus, each Premium diet plan comes with an educational library that is grounded in science. Articles include topics such as steps to getting started on each plan and the top 10 keto foods. Both the Keto and Low-Carb diets offer a food grade feature to provide feedback about how different foods fit the plans, helping you stay on track.
