AI Exercise Logging is a Premium Plus feature that lets you record a workout simply by describing it. Instead of searching for an activity, you type or say what you did, and the app estimates the calories you burned and creates the exercise entry for you.
How do I open AI Exercise Logging?
Open the Exercise screen. You can reach it from the Dashboard, or from the + (Shortcuts) menu. Then tap the Describe tab.
How to log an exercise by description
- On the Describe tab, type your workout, or tap the microphone to speak it. Include details like the activity, the time, and the intensity, for example "I just ran moderately for about 40 minutes, medium pace."
- Tap Add Exercise.
Your workout then appears in your Exercise log for the day. The app estimates the calories burned and shows them as Activity calories, AI-estimated.
Editing or deleting an entry
To make a change, tap the exercise entry to open Edit Exercise Entry. From there you can update the description, or tap Delete Exercise Entry to remove it. Review the entry, adjust the time if needed, then tap Log.
Is there a usage limit?
AI features are not unlimited, but most users will not reach the cap during normal use. To keep the feature sustainable, there is a combined monthly allowance shared across all AI features, such as AI chat, meal scanning, and others. If you do reach the limit, the app will let you know, and your allowance resets at the start of the next month.
A note on accuracy
Calories are AI-estimated from your description, so they are an approximation. The more detail you provide, such as duration and intensity, the closer the estimate will be. Please review the result before logging.
