The weight of water is the same (or close enough) as the volume of water. But if you want the math:
- 1 g of water = 1 ml
- 1 kg water = 1 liter
- 1 fl oz = 29.6 ml
- 1 fl oz = 1 oz
- 8 fl oz = 8 oz
