The Premium Menus feature offers inspiration to help you build healthy, filling meals for weight loss

Mapping out your meals upfront saves time and helps you stay within your calorie budget. MyNetDiary's new Premium Menus feature offers nutritious calorie-controlled meal ideas, reducing the stress of throwing something together at the last minute.

This video provides an overview of this new feature and shows you how to access these dietitian-approved meal ideas from the "Coach" tab in the app.

Take the guesswork out of meal planning with these meal ideas

Select from Premium calorie counting, low-carb, or high-protein meals to meet your unique health and weight-loss needs. You can copy and customize the meals for further adjustment. Talk about a perfect way to start healthy, filling meals for weight loss!

For example, you want to prepare the Berry Oat Yogurt Parfait, but only have low-fat, vanilla yogurt at home. Just tap "Copy & Customize" below the recipe, then swap low-fat, vanilla yogurt for the Greek, non-fat, plain yogurt shown in the Premium recipe. Then, modify the recipe's name and retrieve it later from the "Recipes" tab.

Build a week's worth of healthy meals with MyNetDiary's new Meal Planner feature

Planning meals in advance is a proven strategy to help you stay within your calorie budget and nutrient targets. Really there's no better way to ensure home-cooked, healthy, filling meals for weight loss.

MyNetDiary's new Meal Planner feature allows you to use the app's Premium Menus or your recipes to map out your meals ahead of time. Access this feature from the "Coach" tab in the app.

Tap to add a single meal or all day's meals to either your Food Log or Meal Plan. Then when the day arrives, just prepare and log the meal as you consume it.

Premium recipes and meals together in one place

Search MyNetDiary's entire collection of recipes AND meals together. Simply tap on the magnifying glass and select the apple/folder icon to begin filtering your search. Suppose you're looking for a breakfast recipe without eggs. There are 52 recipes available to fit your "no eggs" filter!

The Premium Menus and Meal Planner features are now available on Android and iPhone apps. These features make it easy for you to plan healthy, filling meals for weight loss and track your progress as you work towards a healthier YOU!
