In the mobile app, go to My Weight Goal & Plan > Weight & Calories to disable AutoPilot, Basic or Advanced. On the website, go to Plan > Weight & Calories. Advanced AutoPilot is available only in the mobile app, and the website supports only Basic. If you use both, change Advanced in the app, and it applies to both.
Disabling AutoPilot in Mobile Apps
To disable AutoPilot (either Basic or Advanced) in the mobile app, go to My Weight Goal & Plan > Weight & Calories.
Disabling AutoPilot on the Website
On the website, AutoPilot can be disabled from the Plan > Weight & Calories page.
Please note that the Advanced AutoPilot option is available only in the mobile app. The website supports only the Basic AutoPilot. If you're using both the app and website together, enabling or disabling Advanced AutoPilot must be done through the mobile app—it will apply to both platforms automatically.
