Connecting Activity Trackers and Fitness Apps

Our platform supports integration with a variety of fitness trackers and health apps, making it easy to sync your health, activity, and nutrition data.

Supported Services and Devices: You can connect the app with these services:

  • Direct integrations: (subscription required):
    • Fitbit
    • Garmin
    • Withings
  • Health hubs (available with Free membership):
    • Apple Health (iOS)
    • Health Connect (Android)

When linked, your fitness and health data will be automatically imported into the app, while food logs and other records can be shared back to the connected services.

Connect these in the app via Me > Apps & Devices, or on the website under Settings > Apps & Devices.

Linking via Health Hubs: If your tracker or app is not directly supported, it may still be linked through a supported health hub:

  • Apple Health (iOS)
  • Health Connect (Android)
Many third-party trackers—including Fitbit, Oura, and others—can sync with these hubs. Once data is in the hub, it will appear in the app if permissions are properly enabled.

iPhone Activity Tracking: If you don’t use another fitness app for walking, running, cycling, or hiking, we recommend using the app's built-in GPS tracker:

  • Tap the Exercise screen
  • Use the GPS icon (walking figure with a dot on a map) in the bottom-right corner
It’s simple and ideal for capturing outdoor activities like running, biking, or hiking.

Apple Health Integration: On iOS, the app integrates comprehensively with Apple Health, allowing data sharing between:

  • iPhone
  • iPad
  • Apple Watch
  • Third-party apps connected to Apple Health
Sync setup: Me > Apps & Devices > Apple Health.
Once connected, your health data can flow both ways — food and exercise logs from this app will appear in Apple Health, and workouts from Apple Watch will sync back to your diary.

Apple Watch: Workouts recorded using the Apple Watch Workouts app sync into the app via Apple Health. There is no need for separate linking.

Android Integration: On Android, fitness data can sync from services like Fitbit, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Pixel Watch, or third-party apps via Health Connect.

  • Fitbit, Samsung Health, or other apps send data to Health Connect
  • Our app reads that data from the Health Connect hub
