Permitted Age
Our Terms of Use require that users must be at least 13 years old to use our apps and services. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age and prohibit their use of our services.
Content Rating
In addition to our Terms of Use, all mobile apps are assigned a Content Rating on the iOS App Store and Google Play. These ratings are determined by the respective app stores based on the app’s content. Because our apps do not contain material such as nudity, violence, or strong language, the content rating is 12+ on the App Store and 3+ on Google Play.
Conflicting Differences
These store ratings may allow users under 13 to download the app, but they do not override our Terms of Use, which prohibit children under 13 from using our services. We understand this may cause confusion and apologize for any inconvenience, but compliance with privacy regulations is required.
