Common questions about Getting Started
How do I contact MyNetDiary support?
Use the Support tab in the app or on the website, or email support@mynetdiary.com. Tap Upload Diagnostics on the Support page when you send a request, and include your UserID if you write by email. There is no phone support, and phone messages are not answered or returned. Replies arrive within a reasonable timeframe.
Can I set my own maintenance calories?
Yes. Weight Maintenance Calories default to the EER method, which uses age, biological sex, activity level, weight, and height. A subscription lets you switch to RMR, BMR from body fat percentage, or BMR from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, and Premium-level users can enter a custom value.
How do I move my data from Lose It! or Cronometer?
Link both apps to the same health hub. In Lose It! or Cronometer, allow writing to Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) and leave reading off to avoid sync conflicts. Once this app is linked to the same hub, your weight and workout data imports automatically.
How old do I have to be to use MyNetDiary?
You must be at least 13. Users between 13 and 18, or the age of majority where they live, may use the service only with a parent or legal guardian's consent and supervision. Store ratings may allow younger downloads, but they do not override the Terms of Use, which prohibit children under 13.
