Among many other features that help you lose weight faster and improve your health, our app with a subscription offers Custom Trackers—you can track almost anything with them: symptoms, test results, hunger scores, life events, allergies, and more. These trackers can help you identify events, correlations, trigger foods, and patterns that matter to you.
Here are just a few examples of what you can track using custom trackers: allergy symptoms, food satiety, sick days (when weight loss may stall), water intake (in ounces), blood oxygen (O2) saturation, sleep quality, and bowel movements.
For example, if you'd like to track your allergy symptoms on a scale from 1 to 10, here's how to set it up:
1. Create a new custom tracker. You can name it something like "Allergy", set the target value to "1", use "intensity" as the unit, and select 0 decimal places. It’s helpful to add a note explaining the range you’ll be using, such as: “My allergy symptoms, rated from 1 to 10.” If you plan to use this tracker often, consider moving it higher up in your list for easier access.
2. After saving your new tracker, you can start logging values. Just go to the tracker and enter the current value—e.g., the intensity of your symptoms. You can also add a timestamp, assign a label for additional categorization (optional), and if necessary, add the note.
3. Keep tracking your symptoms over time. Later, you’ll be able to review, save as a file or/and print out your data in/from Day Timeline screen or report, view trends in Chart, look for possible correlations, and hopefully notice some improvements!
