Common questions about Weight, Body, and Health Tracking
Can I sync my CGM or glucometer with MyNetDiary?
Yes, indirectly. The app reads blood glucose from Apple Health on iPhone and iPad or from Health Connect on Android, but it does not read directly from glucometers. If your CGM or glucometer app supports it, let it write blood glucose to that hub and allow MyNetDiary to read it; readings then import automatically.
How do I track water and change my glass size?
In Water Tracker settings, change the default 8 fl oz glass size or switch between oz and ml. Connect Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android. With a subscription, create multiple glass or bottle sizes, set a daily water goal, enable reminders, and view charts of your logged intake.
How are net carbs calculated?
Net Carbs equal Total Carbohydrates minus Dietary Fiber, Sugar Alcohols, and Allulose. If a food label doesn't list sugar alcohols, the net carb value in the app can look higher because the information is incomplete. In many countries outside the United States, labels use the word Carbohydrates for what Americans call Net Carbs.
