Search for "MyNetDiary" or "PlateAI" in the App Store or the Google Play Store, or tap the App Store button on www.mynetdiary.com on your tablet or smartphone. Sign in with the same account name in both places. Do not create a new account, because it will not be connected to your existing one.
You can find and download our apps on the App Store or the Google Play Store by searching for "MyNetDiary" or "PlateAI".
You can also go to www.mynetdiary.com on your tablet or smartphone and tap the appropriate App Store button to download the app.
To sync your app with your online account, please make sure to sign in with the same account name in both places! Do not create a new account, as it won't be connected to your existing account. Please see How can I find my account name support article.
