Using MyNetDiary and PlateAI with Polar Flow on iOS

Polar Flow cannot connect directly, but on iOS it can send data one way through the Apple Health app. In Polar Flow, open More > General Settings and choose Apple Health. Tap Sync now to send data immediately. Only workouts, steps and body weight sync this way, and Polar Flow does not read data from Apple Health.

Polar Flow is a popular workout app, helping people to track their performance and improve.

While there is no way to directly connect Polar Flow with MyNetDiary and PlateAI, it is possible to establish a one-way connection between the apps via iOS Health App. Polar Flow can write data into iOS Health App which can be subsequently read by our apps.

Please note: Polar Flow will NOT read data added in iOS Health App by any source.

To link Polar Flow with iOS Health App, access the More tab - General Settings - choose Apple Health.

Please note: only Workout, Steps and Bodyweight can be synced this way. You can also force the sync by clicking Sync now to get the data into iOS Health App immediately.
