Polar Flow is a popular workout app helping people to track their performance and improve.
While there is no way to connect Polar Flow with MyNetDiary and PlateAI directly, it is possible to establish a one-way connection between the apps via Health Connect App. Polar Flow can write data into Health Connect App, which can be subsequently read by our app.
Please note: Polar Flow will NOT read data added in Health Connect App by any source.
To link Polar Flow with Health Connect App, access the General Settings from the left-side menu - switch on Health Connect tumbler.
Please note: only Workout, Steps and Bodyweight can be synced this way.
