Common questions about Reports, Charts, and Data Export

How do I export my data?

Use the Analysis > Multi-Day Reports page on the website. Choose the report type and period from the left sidebar, then save the generated report as a PDF file or export it to Excel. Saving and exporting reports this way requires a Premium membership.

How do I email a report to someone?

On iPhone, open Diet Tools > Reports & Summary Emails, prepare the report for your period, and share it through AirDrop, iMessage, Mail, or WhatsApp. On Android, use Diet Tools > PDF Reports. On the website, save the report as a PDF or Excel file from the Analysis page and email it; that requires Premium.

Where do I see my weight chart?

On iPhone, tap Diet Tools, then Charts under Analysis & Insights, and choose Weight Chart. On iPad, tap the < icon at top left to open the side menu and choose Chart. The Weigh In screen on iPhone, iPad, and Android also shows the Weight Chart below your last weigh-in. The website Analysis page has two types of weight charts.

Why does my Calorie Analysis skip some days?

The apps show Calorie Analysis and Single Nutrient Analysis only for completed days, and tapping a bar shows a note saying so. The Show All Days option lets you view the table for every day but does not change the calculation. The Meal Analysis tab analyzes meals, not days, so this rule does not apply to it.
