20 January 11 MyNetDiary’s consulting Registered Dietitian, Kathy Isacks...

MyNetDiary’s consulting Registered Dietitian, Kathy Isacks, appeared on Lifetime Network’s award-winning “The Balancing Act” morning talk show today and shared how easy and fast using MyNetDiary can be for tracking calories and exercise and losing weight.

Kathy brought with her an iPad and an Android smart phone to demonstrate that in only a few clicks, the foods you eat can be tracked. Tracking calories and exercise is an evidence-based way to lose weight. To lose one pound, you only need to lose 3,500 calories, and cutting back 500 calories a day will mean losing a pound a week!

Check out the video and then catch Kathy Isacks, MPS, RD, over at MyNetDiary’s Community Forum to say hello or ask her a question. She would love to hear from you!
