4 October 2012 13 Weeks of Healthy Living Till 2013: A Challenge

It happens that it's 13 weeks from October 1 to the last Friday in December. What better time than now to challenge yourself with a health goal and get a big leg up on your New Year's resolutions!

The challenge begins this week and ends Friday, December 28, 2012. Mondays and Fridays are indicated below as check-in days, but feel free to alter as needed. Also, and this is important, you don't have to make weight loss your 13-week goal. Maybe you want to increase the number reps or weight in your workout, or commit to doing X number of group fitness classes each week, or run a certain distance. All is fair game; the challenge is yours!
